Clinical Products
CancerGuide, a unique molecular diagnostic commercialization enterprise, is focused on diagnostic tools to assist clinicians in assessing risk of cancer recurrence and in selecting therapy for their patient. CancerGuide is completing development of several promising tests in the chemotherapeutic response and pathway activation signaling modalities.
What we are developing?
CancerGuide is completing development of several promising tests which will provide treating physicians with additional information on chemotherapeutic response and pathway activation signaling of an individual patient's tumor.
CancerGuide's chemotherapy response testing panels across all solid tumors will provide an assessment of a tumor’s similarity to others with known response to standard chemotherapeutics. The information provided by this panel may be useful in the selection of a chemotherapy regimen which has the highest probability of providing clinical benefit.
CancerGuide is also completing development of a second series of tests: the targeted agent selection panel. This panel will determine the probability of deregulation of many of the biological pathways identified in the scientific literature as being implicated in tumor formation. It is at these pathways that many modern cancer agents are targeted. By knowing which of these pathways is “active”, a treating oncologist may rationally select an agent or agents directed at that pathway or pathways and therefore increase the chances of successful treatment.
As a clinician, you can register to join CancerGuide's Clinician Leadership Council. As a member of this group you will receive critical updates on CancerGuide related cancer research developments and clinical products.
